• 11 a.m. to sunset, Round Peak Vineyard, 765 Round Peak Church Road, Mount Airy, will host Grill Fest each Saturday from May through August. The winery supplies the grills, view and yard games and those visiting supply their own meat and food. This year the vineyard will host disc golf on a new 18-hole course with visitors’ own discs or rent a set from the winery. The patio bar will be open as well with wine and Skull Camp beer.

April 7

• 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., Junius Lindsay Vineyard, 385 Dr. Zimmerman Road, Lexington, will feature the live music of guitarist Gerry Stanek. For more information, call 336-764-4050.

• Noon to 5 p.m., Skull Camp Brewery and Winery, 2000 N. Bridge St., Elkin, will host an open house for its wine loft, a place to unwind and enjoy a guided tasting, wine by the glass or bottle, a glass of beer and appetizers from the smokehouse downstairs.

• 2 to 5 p.m., Carolina Heritage, 170 Heritage Vines Way, Elkin, will host a bluegrass jam session. Those attending are welcome to bring instruments, or just come and listen as musicians play bluegrass, old-time, traditional, original and popular music. It will be outside if weather permits. Bring lawn chairs and lunch if you like. No cover charge. Coffee and snacks are available at no charge, and wine tastings and glasses and bottles of win are available for sale. • Childress Vineyards, 1000 Childress Vineyards Road, Lexington, will host its third annual Bayou and Bluegrass event. The event will feature a Louisiana Saturday night with a low-country boil, wine and live music provided by Jackson Flats. Advance admission is $17.50, with reserved tables for four costing $195.
